July 4 & 5 Independence Day Weekend: Schedule, closures, and parking.

The Cathedral Parish Offices, Gift Store, and Café will be closed on Thursday, July 4th, and Friday, July 5th, 2024,  in observance of the Independence Day holiday weekend. Only one Mass will be held on each of these days.

Thursday, July 4th:

SERVICES: July 4th Mass will be held at 9:00am. A 90-minute validation will be provided to Mass attendees. (No 7:00am or 12:10pm Masses)

GRAND PARK: Delays and heavier traffic than usual is expected in the area due to Grand Park's 4th of July Block Party and drone show taking place from 4pm to 9:30pm. ​See map.

PARKING: Hours of operation 8:00am - 10:30pm. Regular rates will apply, however after 3:00pm a Flat Rate of $20.00 will be charged.

Friday, July 5th:

SERVICES: Mass will be held at 12:10pm. A 90-minute validation will be provided to Mass attendees. (No 7:00am Mass) There are no confessions and no adoration on this day.

PARKING: Hours of operation 6:00am -9:00pm. Regular rates will apply.
