Cathedral Outreach Food Drive

 “Amen, I say to you, whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me.” (Matthew 25:40)

Every Thanksgiving at the Cathedral, we express our gratitude for the many blessings in our lives through our participation in the annual Outreach Food Drive.

This year we will be assisting the Sisters Poor of Jesus Christ and the Friars Poor of Jesus Christ with their Downtown Skid Row Street Ministry. Three evenings a week, these special servants of God walk the streets of Skid Row feeding the poor and homeless.

We invite you to support their ministry through donations of items from the list below.

• Canned Goods: Ravioli, Chicken Noodle Soup, Spaghetti & Meatballs
• Socks for Adults: Men & Women
• Head Beanies: Men & Women
• Adult Backpacks
• Hygiene Items: soap, shampoo, lotion, deodorant, razors, toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, etc.
• Gift Cards for: Costco Wholesale, 99 Cent Store, Smart & Final, Fast Food ($15-$20 maximum), and Gas
